DR. M. JAGANNATH (NAGARKURNOOL): I beg to move for leave to introduce  a  Bill
to  provide  for  the  establishment of a permanent Bench of the High Court of
Andhra Pradesh at Visakhapatnam.

MR. DEPUTY-SPEAKER : The question is:

        
        "That leave be granted to introduce a Bill to provide  for  the
        establishment  of a permanent Bench of the High Court of Andhra
        Pradesh at Visakhapatnam".

 The motion was adopted.
