TEXT :

DR. T. SUBBARAMI REDDY (VISAKHAPATNAM): I beg to move for leave  to  introduce
a  Bill  to  provide  for  the  facilities of telephone and post and telegraph
office  in all the villages  of the country.

MR. DEPUTY-SPEAKER:  The question is :

        
        "That leave be granted to introduce a Bill to provide  for  the
        facilities  of  telephone  and post and telegraph office in all
        the villages of the country."

 The motion was adopted.
